Recipe Development and Educator. Teacher and talent for the craft flour brand beloved by serious bakers and chefs. Developed original curriculum and hosted an online class series.

Chef Residency. Designed and executed a wood-fired pizza pop-up experience at one of the world’s most recognized private membership clubs. Soho House DTLA.
Massilia DTLA
Culinary Consultant. Developed a menu of French-inspired pizzas and sandwiches for the Downtown Los Angeles restaurant. Trained kitchen staff on execution to help build a cohesive culinary program.
